For all patients requesting hormonal evaluation, we require total and free testosterone, complete blood count (CBC), Estradiol, and PSA (if over > 40 years old). These tests should be from the past six months. We have options to obtain these results through our sign up portal.

For erectile dysfunction, a total testosterone from the last six months is an optional test.
